Instructor Companions
Each companion gives facilitators a complete plan: session outlines, openings to read aloud, discussion questions, ready-to-send emails, reflection pages, a participant certificate, and slides. Companions are available now for eleven titles: Leading After the Storm, Leading Before the Storm, The Mosaic Way, The Mosaic Leader, The Mosaic Way Field Glossary, Composed, Communicate Under Pressure, Lead Anyway, Beyond the Bell, Claim the Lead, and Lead the Claim. Registered facilitators hear first when new companions are released.
To receive the companion for your book, register your group below or use the contact form and mention your book study.
What you receive
Facilitators who submit a completion report receive a Certificate of Facilitation, signed by Dr. Karissa Thomas and sent by email, along with early notice of new study materials.
The report asks for numbers only. Participant names are never collected, and any reflection you share is quoted publicly only with your permission.
Books for your group
Each participant needs their own copy of the book. For groups of 10 or more, ask about group pricing and bulk orders through the contact form, and mention your book study and the number of copies you need.
One study often leads to the next
Groups that finish Leading After the Storm can continue with Leading Before the Storm, and leadership teams often pair The Mosaic Way with The Mosaic Leader. Schools can pair Lead Anyway for teachers with Beyond the Bell for leaders, claims organizations can pair Lead the Claim for adjusters with Claim the Lead for managers, and any team can pair Composed with Communicate Under Pressure. Registered facilitators receive early notice as new companions are released.
